With the majority of other NFT projects out right now, people are buying the NFT and are not receiving equity in the company. With the Sin City Ape NFT, we are giving you guys the ability to be private equity investors in our company through the $APINA Token/Sin City Ape NFT collection.

What is Private Equity?

Private equity is an alternative investment class and consists of capital that is not listed on a public exchange. Private equity is composed of funds and investors that directly invest in private companies. Institutional and retail investors provide the capital for private equity, and the capital can be utilized to fund new technology, make acquisitions, expand working capital, and to bolster and solidify a balance sheet.

How will we get the shares of the company?

We are awarding our NFT holders a total of 10% of our company. Each initial NFT owner will be awarded 0.001% of the company.

How can we purchase shares?

We will not be able to give the shares to the holders immediately due to SEC regulations, but with the airdrop of the $APINA Token, we will give holders the opportunity to become private equity investors in our company. With this opportunity, holders will be able to give their $APINA for a ratio of 1:1 of shares.
